ApeeI is a chemical product made by a company called Apeel Science, funded by Bill Gates and endorsed by the WEF, which they claim, dramatically slows the rate that produce spoils, by maintaining moisture and reducing oxidation.

Fruit and vegetables including Cucumbers, apples, avocados, and limes and lemons are being coated in Apeel to 'prolong the shelf life of the perishable products'.

Treated goods are now appearing in our grocery stores not wrapped in plastic, which seems like a good thing, but here's the catch: there's a sticker on them which says this item has been coated in Apeel to protect freshness and reduced plastic waste.

Apeel supports the plant’s natural abilities to protect against environmental stress.

The company website is unclear about exactly what Apeel is, but if you look at the FAQ's they advise you not to buy products coated in it if you're worried.

In the US and Canada cucumbers apples, avocados, and limes and lemons are being coated in Apeel to 'prolong the shelf life of the perishable products'.

The company is very mysterious about what the product actually is, but again the FAQ's say that 'it can't be washed off no mater how much scrubbing'.

It is claimed that it can supposedly make produce last up to 3 times longer.
